All templates and creative assets provided by RureAds are licensed for commercial and personal use, unless otherwise stated. You may use them for ads, promotions, branding, and client projects.

2. Restrictions

• You may not resell, redistribute or share the templates as standalone files.

• You may not claim ownership or authorship of the original designs.

3. Customization

You are allowed to customize designs (text, colors, images, animations) to suit your brand or client needs.

4. Delivery & Access

Digital products are delivered electronically. Once access is granted, no physical product will be shipped.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not available once files or access have been delivered.

6. Support

Support is limited to template-related issues and basic usage guidance. Advanced customization or additional design work is not included unless stated separately.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs remain the intellectual property of RureAds. Purchase grants a license to use, not ownership.

8. Liability

RureAds is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products.

9. Updates & Changes

RureAds reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

10. Taxes & GST
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. An additional 18% GST will be charged as per Indian government regulations.

11. Billing & Payments
Payments are processed under ANTICS (GST Number: XXXXXXXXXXXXXX), the registered company operating the RureAds brand.
